Six of Sunderland's Barclays Premier League fixtures during the festive period - against Wolves, Blackburn, Tottenham, QPR, Man City and Wigan - have been rescheduled, with three selected for live broadcast by Sky Sports.
The trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers - originally scheduled for 3pm on Saturday 3rd December - has now been switched to a televised 4pm start on Sunday 4th December, with the Black Cats facing the Sky Sports cameras again just a week later when Blackburn Rovers visit the Stadium of Light.
The clash with Steve Kean's side has moved from a traditional 3pm kick-off on Saturday afternoon to a 1.30pm start on Sunday 11th December.
Sunderland's trip to Tottenham Hotspur has been moved back a day to Sunday 18th December due to the hosts' UEFA Europa League commitments but will remain a 3pm kick-off, forcing the Black Cats' return to the capital to face Queens Park Rangers back 24 hours to 8pm on Wednesday 21st December.
The final fixture selected for broadcast on Sky Sports - Sunderland v Manchester City - will move from a 3pm start on New Year's Eve to a 3pm kick-off on New Year's Day, ensuring a revised date is now also in place for the trip to Wigan Athletic which was originally scheduled for the following day.
Instead of facing the Latics at 3pm on Monday 2nd January, Sunderland will now travel to the DW Stadium for a 7:45pm kick-off on Tuesday 3rd January.
Ticket information for all affected games will be confirmed in due course and all tickets are sold subject to ground regulations
