Number 3 for me, love shots from distance that keep on rising and are just under the bar when they cross the line.

I was tempted by O'Niens, lovely technique to keep it down. The lad can play a bit can't he.

Number 3 for me too. Seeing Maja on there though just made me think about what could have been

That whole video made me think that, Maja banging them in, goals in the cup final and the playoff final and we ended up with nothing.

I still haven't watched the Netflix doc about us and I guess I'll be skipping series 2 as well.

Thanks for that Roger - a bit of a pick me up today. Thought Gooch's winner on opening day set the tone.

The way that he 'did' his man then coolly (that word looks so wrong !) finished with his left foot meant that I had to pick Maja (the bastard) :emoticon-0105-wink:

Twitter is full of opinions that bear no relation to reality (and not just on the subject of SAFC). Same with the letter writers to Roker Report.

Starting CM for me next season, one of his strengths is he's a fighter and he's tough to get past so it should allow us to play a slightly more aggressive strategy. He's got a great engine on him I see him as a box to box player.

Absolutely me too. Can pick a pass and gets into the box well even from full back. Him with Grant in CM would be good as his legs make up for Grant's lack of mobility. Run through brick walls for us too.

I'm finding it hard to visualise any starting eleven atm which gives me confidence rather than hope. I think we need to do some business in the transfer market to give the squad some shape. There are too many similar options and passengers at present for me.

Deffo, if the season started tomorrow I would not fancy our chances. The squad is too uneven and we don't have a RB that I know of.

I want us to sign a striker and I'm sure we will but if Grigg has shaken off his injury he'll be like a new player.
