Thanks for posting that, it was very interesting. It doesn't really tell us anything that we don't already know though. It does suggest to me that, like I've been saying for a while now, the club needs a proper plan in place with a committed technical commitee appointing managers and ratifying player purchases according to a pre-agreed scheme. Not leaping, like we have been, from different set-ups and from managers with widely differing approaches and ideas. This is the only way that I can see that we can permanently break out of the vicious circle that the video refers to.
