I am sorry ..... the way we are playing is a disgrace, have been a fan for over 50 years, and cannot believe we have ( MR Scally) not changed things, now a vote of confidence or maybe the kiss of death. 13 points from 42 is not be good , as an average could see us end the season with approx 50 points at this rate, that is RELEGATION ZONE . Only 3 wins, with the players we have, they are a useful bunch with good potential, .but not playing as a unit. It is a tough league and we need to play as a team, we need someone at the helm to get them gel, for me this is not happening and the buck stops with the GAFFER. I have been around enough teams as a Chef, I have seen gaffers gel with their players and motivate them and seen the result, have seen it the other way around, GAFFER gets moved. The Gaffer needs to get his back room staff sorted as well as the players, thought Hessy was brought back to help, we seem to have gone further backwards ? I do not know what the answer is I wished I did, any ideas ?? I hope we do get a result today, but I cannot see it. UTG
