Sad News

Anyone on here know Bobby Pugh?
An old regular in the Canton Stand, unfortunately ill health prevented him visiting the City for the last couple of seasons, although he still followed the club religiously, just had a phone call from his daughter and he has passed away quietly in his sleep aged 61

Bobby was a Grange End loony in the 70's and a regular in the Corporation until he was taken ill

RIP mate

 

I didn't know him Proph but always sad to lose one of our own.

Well Bongo, Proph calls you Phil so were you a regular on the old 606 under a slightly different name which included an ancient fire breathing beast, the name by which Proph knows you and Jack?

That's the written equivalent of charades.

Not wanting to be personal just circling the square as he who was known as DPJ doesn't seem to post on here.

 

I did post on the old site but me and proph go back some 30 years, iv'e only ever gone under the name of bongo as its an old nickname that stems back to being a drummer in a blues band and the regular use of a bong...as i said never gone under another name and never will, bit of a creature of habit see

 

Forgot to say dragonphiljack is not me, i dont know if he goes under another name
