Due to impromptu overtime last saturday this was the 1st match this season which i haven't watched either live, on sky or on some dodgy stream, so i have decided to forgo watching the superhoops until any downturn in form, which leads me on to the question of "what have you sacrificed for the greater good of the superhoops?"
Good work York-R for taking one for the team. I thought this was going to be a thread on haruspicy though.
i'm well pissed off iv'e taken the mrs to HQ twice this year and they have won twice, now she reckons she should go to every home game, now thats not the problem, the problem is she don't fancy the pub before and after the game.
I have an old 'lucky' penny I keep in my wallet, I moved it behind my membership card and hey presto, first win of the season! You should all be thanking me not Arry or Adel!!
Booze before a game. Last time was against Northampton Town (0-1) at home and I couldn't recall any of the game when I got back.
First game i havent seen on stream or at LR(im still trying to block that one out) i was in cork and couldnt see it tho it wasnt for the want of trying.. im going to cork again this weekend leaving at 3pm so i reckon losing at half time but by the time we get to cork we should have another 3 points and another good night in cork..
I'm in the same boat it was my first missed match this season and wondering if I should dare try to watch on Saturday incase I give some sort of bad luck vibe. TBH I didn't want to watch the Man U game as I thought we were going to get slaughtered and couldn't watch espcially as we were so awful the week before against Southampton but when I found out it was 0-0 at half time I tuned in and watch us lose again!! It has to be the ultimate sacrifice
