Who do you think will be the first manager to be sacked? And which month will he be sacked in?

I'm trying to catch up with the last two weeks of City news - I see we've won 2 friendlies, signed 2 new players and suspended Bullard, with Adam Pearson buying Hull FC. Anything else!?

That's about the gist of it...but it's three players: Gulasci, Brady (both loans, Brady to year end, as cover for Stewart) and Basso (signing for 1 yr).

Watch out if you start a thread - there's now option to post link into other boards. Could be disastrous.....look at Febbos' thread on Oslo bombing on Page 2. All kinds of characters came on to it!

    Sven November.

I'd have Mowbray and Poyet as two of the least likely to get sacked.

We had a similar situation with Dennis Wise on a club tour a few years ago - He was given a contract that was draining the life blood out of the club

On a pre-season club tour the players held a late night card school during which Callum Davidson won a significant amount of money from Dennis Wise - He stood up, thanked Dennis Wise for his time and his money and promptly informed the school he was tired and going to bed - Wise remonstrated with Davidson demanding an opportunity to win his money back.

Davidson laughed and went to bed - A short while later an angry Wise barged into Davidson's room and chinned Davidson, breaking his jaw.

Now here's where it gets interesting - The club, whether it saw this as a heaven sent opportunity or not immediately sacked Wise for Gross Misconduct - Wise then embarked on a a case for unfair dismissal.

And here is the point and the warning from history - Although wise was ultimately unsuccessful - it was only because he left it too late to actually bring the case - surprisingly legal experts suggest he would have won his case - This may come back to bite you

Good call on Nigel C.. here's my top 5 for the boot..

    1. CLOUGH - you can't sack a CLOUGH! sadly he hasn't shown his dad's abilities.. can't go on guessing forever.. 3/2 Fav

    2. MOWBRAY - he'll have Boro lower-mid-table struggling with pretty football so after a few 3-4 defeats he'll go.. 3/1

    3. FREEDMAN - Palace will be even worse without Danns.. 5/1

    4. HILL - Keith Hill & the Tykes will be well out of their depth this season, he'll go new year.. 5/1

    5. GRAYSON - Leeds' dour leader will crumble following the exits of key players and the injuries to key strikers.. out by new year 6/1
