I really don't think that Lansdown will see the happenings as a reason to fire Lee, otherwise what was the point of giving him a contract extension? Stranger things have happened but not down BS3 way. I keep expecting to see the news but the more I take everything on board my brain says no way will he be sent packing.

I was gobsmacked when he was appointed purely because of his inexperience.

When things were going in the right direction I thought "fair play, he's doing OK"

When things didn't go too well I thought, give him a chance.

Now - he's got to go and get an EXPERIENCED championship manager in his place!!

I may live to regret it but I would keep him, no guarantees if we replace him...........Plus it will annoy RP & RR!!

I think he has to go but I am worried as to who we could bring in to save the day. Fence sitting I think it's called.

He has to go I'm afraid.

I said I would give him until end of January to turn it around originally, but I'd like to revise that to getting shot of him right now before we get any worse off and he wastes a load more money in the Transfer Window and things still don't improve.

He's had his shot at it and it hasn't worked out.

The well being of the club is far more important than the Manager, players or owner and I now believe we'd be better off without LJ,

Does the owner have the bottle, get rid before it is too late.

Alan Pardew or Nigel Pearson let's have a proper manager for once.

A Manager with the experience and credibility too take the club forward, and get Ashton Gate filled.

I like your optimism, but it ain't happening,i even find his pre match and after match talk embarrassing.

He needs to go and earn his stripes at a lower league club,Barnsley fans were right,we have to accept it,he is not good enough.

**** me mate at least come up with some sensible options, then people might take you seriously. At the moment you've come me up with two managers who are not the best fit for us.
Alan Pardew has been used to spending bigger money £30 million on Benteke, Klopp must of thought he won the lottery. And his 2016 record consist of 6 wins.
Nigel Pearson you are living off him getting Leicester promoted. You forget his meltdown with them and it showed he still is unstable in his Derby role. Who funny enough only managed one or two wins with him at the helm there. And he was not restricted financially and had the whole summer there.
Based on your line of thinking over Pearson why have you not mentioned Nigel Atkins?
I'm not happy with LJ and if they sacked him I wouldn't lose any sleep.

One name who I did want when LJ was appointed was Gary Monk who a few on here thought I was an idiot (granted there has been other examples of that tag) saying he only had limited experience.
Well he seems to have sorted out Leeds merry go round and look at them now. Would not be surprised to see them getting autos now.

Keep the faith, otherwise we'll only be sacking who ever replaces him this time next year. Grayson and Monk both turned Preston and Leeds seasons around after an awful start. I believe Johnson can do the same. What's the point in sacking a manager during his first bad spell? Will the same apply for players? If so abraham would have been shipped back after going about 9 games without scoring. He's back amongst the goals now, soon we'll be back to winning ways I'm sure. Let's see what the window brings.

Both managers have worked in the championship, both done well. Both have fantastic contacts,Both would lift the name of BCFC.

Personally not sure if either would come, but in my humble opinion if the club is serious about prem football, these are the type of guys SL needs to be employing.

I'm not quite at the point of wanting to pull the trigger, but it's getting close. All teams suffer bad form, but when it stretches over a dozen games, that's not down to bad luck, it's down to just being bad.

The squad has it's issues & reinforcements are required, but there should be enough quality there to pick up more points than we have. The timing of LJ's contract extension was poorly judged, & implies that he'll be given the chance to turn it around, but he'll need to pull some rabbits out of his hat. Less than 4 points from the next 3 games will probably be enough for me to say sack him.
