For those of you wondering why he's not even made the bench yet, this maybe gives a bit of an insight! Apparently he's finding training tough, but he listens and is a quick learner!

The thing is, if he was as good as he was at posh and he improves to our training and coaching etc we may well have one hell of a defender on our hands
