President Paul Kagame the president of Rwanda has entered the arguement over Wenger claiming: Well Wenger may be screwed now as despite being credited for stopping the killing in Rwanda, a French judge strangely found him culpable of ordering the assassinations which sparked the Rwandan genocide in the first place!!
