Man City have blown out so it looks like he's destined for Old Trafford. Some forward line Rooney and Van Persie!

 

Old trafford is too far for me to travel every week. Can we have the emirates instead?

 

Everywhere is too far for me. I only got 4 hours sleep and now I'm cranky.

I think I had a bet with someone on here that United would spend big this summer and try to bring in world-class talent. I hope they get RVP, because I oh so enjoy being right.

 

Rooney will not be happy. It will be like when Ronaldo was at Man Utd, he won't be the main man and will not be as good a player as he can be.

Haha I prefer City to Utd so it wouldnt bother me them having a "bad egg" in the team. Yeah City take the mick: Aguero, Tevez, Balotelli, Dzeko, Adebayor at the moment. 5 world class strikers compared to Man Utd who have one, think it's only fair if they get RVP!

 

I thought Rooney had an excellent partnership with Ronaldo. I'm already expecting them to win the league this season, and if they get Van Persie they are really going to put on a show.

 

If Utd won it last year, then I would have thought City would win it this year, and vice versa. It could be Ferguson's last year as manager so it would be nice to see him go out with a bang.

 

The thought of Kagawa and Van Persie in United shirts is making me drool a little. They're going to be playing some lovely football.
