Was looking through the 2003 FA Cup Programme today, and read the chairman Rupert Lowe's comments, which went along the lines of: " we want to keep the squad core as a whole, and stregthen key areas without risking the clubs financial position" (this migt not be accurate but it was words to this effect) as soon as ir ead the quote, i did think well done rupert, held up your end of the bargain didnt you
Do we really need to bring all this back up again? And especially this week of all weeks, just as we're heading into our first game back in the Championship.
