Great to see a club working this way. Not all about egos and old pals. They definitely seem to have their heads screwed on when it comes to running their club, first team and youth.
Sadly, it sounds like we have an awful lot to learn at our club right now. Loved the bit about ‘a really high-quality coaching team’. That sounds a great idea.
Not going to happen with Les calling the shots, we need a complete rethink and make good business decisions instead of reverting to old club ‘legends’
