Leaked from Roy Keane's not-yet-published latest autobiography

    Ireland scouting trips

It can be a bit of a gamble. I went to a game at Hull where most of the Irish lads were on the bench. Paul McShane made the point, 'Well I hope you watched the warm-up'. And I f**king did, I watch the players' body language and humour, the way they warm up before the game and they're on the bench. Then I'm looking at the team out on the pitch and I'm thinking 'Why aren't you in that team?'

    Roy Keane is a ****.

In fact, after reading the various excerpts of his new book, he's my nomination for October **** of the month.
