Leroy Rosenior is quoted as considering leaving the League Managers' Association, because of racist utterances of Malky Mackay....

is it me or is big brother becoming more and more intrusive?
even our private texts aren't private anymore.
I wonder how long it will be before we are forced to have an implant that monitors our thoughts.
The book 1984 is coming true in 2014, 30 years too late?
I could understand the backlash if Malky had sent a text to someone that he shouldn't.
And as for that Leroy Rosenior.
If you want to quit because of this? you can't be that happy in your job.
To be honest, this is like someone stood on the edge of a tall building, threatening to jump. ****ing jump then.

    'That' Leroy Rosenior?

He's one of the pundits that I can actually stand to listen to, he's also the respected father of a player that I hold in the highest of esteem, so let's not start slating him eh Patty.

In fairness he says he is thinking of leaving because of the statement the LMA put out defending Malky Mackay.

I think he's got a point, personally. They dismissed the texts as "banter", which is simply not acceptable.

Stick to your guns Rosey Senior.

He said he's thinking about it.

He might quit. He might not.

But I suspect he'll make his mind up in his own time, not yours.

Why refer to him as 'that' Leroy Rosenior? There's only one Leroy Rosenior, the word 'that' was not needed.

Cue Patty doing a Google search for the name Leroy Rosenior!

Patty I defended you yesterday but don't be a ****. One of the texts he sent were to a player with the sexist remark. You don't know how that player reacted to that text. Vincent Tan provided a dossier of why he dismissed Mackay and the texts have come to light after police seized material so read up on the facts before you get high on your horse

Good for Leroy for making a stand of sorts by threatening to quit. I like him as a pundit. One of the few that actually sound intelligent and can see where Liam gets it from. The LMA probably have to wait for the result of any inquiry but their statement was very weakly worded. If people like MM hold thoses views in private then they must know they are wrong or they would hold their views in public too.

Hypocrites the lot of you !

Out of 10000 texts that's the worst Cardiff can come up with ?

The language used is exactly what you'll hear in any dressing room/factory/office/home every day all over the country

All this pretence to be offended, it's bollocks.

99% Of people have sent jokes to people that would be classed as racist, homophobic, sectarianism and sexist.

Personally I think the reaction is over the top.

Don't know what your office is like but if the language & phrases that have been reported were to be used in my office/lab there would be severe disciplinary sanctions, probably resulting in dismissals.

One lady was recently given a final written warning for using the phrase "surrender monkey" in a meeting that had a French Woman present.
