The closest thing I saw to Rooney tipping spurs as potential challengers is: "But saying that, you know City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and maybe Spurs will go into it with winning the title in mind." He's just suggesting that Spurs will have it in mind.
Harry said 2 or 3 new faces and we can challenge so why not? I think so too(well I would wouldn't I?) But he's taking it for granted that Man U will win it again and that's a bit previous.
