Rooney he should be banned

Arsenal fans and every fan can not disagree this player should be banned. I was quite embarrassed when our manager said it was nothing. But I really hope the FA have some balls and give him a 4 match ban or even more. I am a football fan not just a Utd fan and scum like that should not been in our beautiful game. However, the Ref sore the incident so by rule the FA unfortunately can't punish the scouse.
