turned down a contract offer http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21550709?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter personally i would keep him despite the fact he seems to be made of glass. in my opinion he is only a squad player so no real loss if he does go
He can get to ****, he's in the way of a few prommising youngsters like Fraser and that other guy you know... aye him! Stop playing Charlie at centre back too, he's pish at centre back.
I thought he looked a great prospect when he first played - it's just unfortunate that he seems so prone to injury. If he could lose that and add a bit of strength to his physique, at 22 years old, he could still turn out to be a top class defender.
Let's be honest though...if you can't push yourself into a Celtic defence you are aswell packing it in
Is that two lads off of Friends? I liked Tam Rogne. I thought he was probably the best defender at the club for a while. Totally unreliable though and that has set him back hugely. If he doesn't want to sign a contract. Good for him. Off you go. I think it will be difficult to get a club at the sort of level I assume he wants to be at.
Agree with this, looked like he could be a real player at the start but has faded badly, after injury, and now i dont think he has lived up to his early promising start.
I think that is rather harsh Celtic' s defence has more than held its own against some very good teams including Barcelona, so I wouldn't write him off for that reason. My problem with him is I think he was a better defender as a teenager than he. Is now. At twenty two he could still improve but I think it won't be at Celtic. I think he could be in for a major disappointment as he may not get a decent contract anywhere else.
