I think it progressed to the quarter finals, not semis, but it will be a definite advantage, why do these things always happen to federer, heres hoping byrdich gives him a good game in the quarters, I think it will be him he will play.
Incidently, I bet we don't hear any rumblings about Federer not being a worthy winner because he had an easy passage to the semi's/finals like we always seem to get if Andy misses a player deemed to be capable of beating him.
