Good place for him ..IMO . I wouldn't have minded him coming in after Monk left but saying he wanted to wait till summer before taking a job was a chickenshit cop out .I'm kinda glad Huw dangled the carrot in front of him and when he nibbled on it Jenkin's gave it to Guidolin . Rodgers was on the ropes after Reading ditched him . Then after a bit of success with us he took the first train out of town to a " Big Club " and tried to basically take half the team with him . Hope he does ok with Celtic but if he doesn't ...fuk em.

No way should we even consider Celtic and Rangers to be in the Englush pyramid. Unless they start right at the bottom and fight their way to the top, like everybody else.
I'm not afraid of anything. Other teams that have been in the pyramid system, have more of a right to to reach the promised land than Celtic or Rangers.
I did not say that they come into the premiership straight away even though i would have no objections to celtic being fast tracked.......There is talk of a 5 league system being introduced so you never say no.....

Guidolin's first game in charge wasn't until Febuary .Considering Jenkin's waited 3 games till sacking Monk after the Norwich game , it wasn't a big ask for Huw to wait till Febuary 1st to give the job to Rodgers .......Rodgers didn't have the balls to take a chance on Swansea at that point , like Swansea had the balls to give Rodgers the job after his less than impressive gig at Reading .
He couldn't take the job roof his hands were tied by Liverpool.....Whatever fans think of Brendan he never refused to join us and that man would never say a bad word about us period.....If he could have joined he would have at that time...As it happened Guildo did enough to be given a chance and rightly so and now we have to see if it was the right choice or not.........If Brendan had the choice between Swansea and Celtic he would have chosen Swansea all day long but that choice was taken out of his hands and Celtic got him....
