Oh it's been so long. Sniff... Haven't Smoked (legitimately) for 19 months after hypnotherapy. Seriously; it still pisses me off. I sat in that room for an hour analyzing what she was doing: emphasis on that word; repetition of that phrase ahhh i see what you're doing! and yet still, next day had no craving, none. 30 a day to 0. It actually annoyed me that I was that susceptible because I enjoyed smoking: just too tight to keep spending the money. Only problem is I have a fear that if I have the more enjoyable smoke I'll end up back the regulars... It's sad. So sad.
