    Sounds generally good. Only think I'm not keen on are the defensive tactics, mainly with the full backs. But his style does look like it can suit our players well from the outside.

    As both a Liverpool and Swansea fan I agree partly with the defensive side of martinez' game although I still believe he'd be a good manager especially if we retain the defensive knowledge of Steve Clarke. Another thing mentioned in the original post was his signings with Ashley Williams and Nathan dyer, his signings at Swansea were very good with the likes of Rangel, Scotland, Pratley, Gomez all playing in the premier league aswell as other good signings such as Paul Anderson and Ferrie Bodde. He would bring huge amounts of commitment from the players and demands they train everyday, even if they just practise with the ball to improve themselves technically, a system that worked well at Swansea as it built a good team ethic amongst the squad and improved their play on the ball. I would love to see him given a chance so I guess will have to wait and see
