A while ago a poster mentioned that Earnie`s somersault`s are getting lower and lower.
Did anyone notice that Saturday, he almost didn`t make it?
C`mon Earnie, celebrate your goals like the legendary Allan Clarke used to, a simple arm in the air! <cheers>

Didn't he used to get fined at one time for turning somersaults? The last thing we need is for Earnie to damage himself being flash...............a simple Ayatollah would do for me <ok>

    25 - 30 times a season would be OK as well ;)

Dom, you're right about Sat...very low this time.....a faster run up is what he needs, a bit more of a spring and...sorted!! :D

Proph, I can remember Lennie stopped him for a while due to an injury (I can remember a forward roll at NP) but no idea about a fine.

I'm sure it was Sam who fined him.

I'd make do with his toothy grin when he scores and I won't be greedy, 20 times would do for me........

.....with 20 each from Miller and Whitts, 15 each from Cowie and Conway, 10 each from Kiss, Gunnar and McPhail, half a dozen from Taylor 5 each from Hudson, Gerrard and Turner and one from Blake (he's come so close on a number of occasions and is yet to score for us despite his international goal).

Kev doesn't need to score to be a hero.

Anyway, he won't have time to score, he'll be the one overlapping down the right and setting everyone else up! <cheers>

Lua Lua knackered his ankle doing a somersault after scoring for Pompey, harry Redknapp was manager at the time and was fuming
