Can anybody tell me why Roberge was sent out on loan?? We could certainly do with him now to make the numbers up, couldnt we?

Certainly more useful than a crocked Coates.

I seem to remember him being no worse than anybody else at the time! In fact I remember one or two on here liking him during the little game time he got!

Left footed too, we are desperate for that.

They're all not good enough at the minute! I'm just suprised we let him go, especially with how paper thin our defence is!

Just one more example of the lack of foresight in the corridors of power.

Ultimately, I wonder whose decision that was? Gus, Congerton, Maggy?

We brought in 2 crocks, now sign another over the hill right back for a bit part role, whilst shunting out a good utility player with a left peg?

Balancing the books must be tight, but a lack of flexibility for a few extra quid is surely more dangerous. Can't we make sure we have reinforcements in place before we get shot? And I hope to god we aren't paying Liverpool a penny for Coates while he is on the treatment table.
