He was a fantastic forward. I saw him score a hatrick at White Hart Lane when he was just breaking through, almost unplayable.
Can't do any worse, let's be honest. I think even ****ed up on cocaine Fowler would do much better than Grant.
Fowler’s reputation would put in as a front runner for most jobs beneath the championship and maybe some championship clubs. I think he’s doing ok in oz so could be described as an up and coming manager. Why would hull city in its current state appeal to him? I don’t get it
Ok but what appeals to him about hull city in its current state. Unlike grant, Fowler’s reputation will get him a job
He is not unwealthy. He has a good business acumen. He may know other wealthy investors. Who knows. He loves football deep down.
It’s come from somewhere. We just have to be cheaper in league 1. Even the Allams must see that they are on the brink of financial disaster.
Is he still living in East Yorks ? Easy commute, cheap option would suit the Allams Sorry, responded to wrong post
Speaking from recent experience, he does work well on a tight budget. Was basically given nothing to work with at Brisbane Roar and made them reasonably competitive, but that being said I just cannot in any way see it being a success if he came here, I really don't think he's of a calibre to make it work. Also not quite sure of his character, refusing to re-join Brisbane after the lockdown claiming he had nothing left to prove after 3/4ers of a season. Maybe better than McCann who goes the other way and refuses to leave!
