A a number of posters are migrating here, I thought I'd duplicate the remaining rounds of the Road to Wembley here as well as 606 ------ The Road to Wembley reaches double figures this week-end, with the Fourth Round Proper being the 10th Round of the competition. A jolly good read as always Dev. I'm on the phone atm, so I cant see what your avatar is but it looks good.

Cheers Rafa! Glad we gave you a laugh. I suppose when a team is getting a kicking from everyone, one needs to let off steam somewhere.
We only managed one Premier League win against a top half side last season. I can't, for the life of me, remember who it was against though
Some of the clubs are now showing moderators names on their respective boards. I propose that you would be the ideal choice for ours Dev.
I'd be delighted If I was in a position to do it justice. Unfortunately I'm not online after around 3pm UK time, until the next morning so I wouldn't be able to keep tabs on anything during the evening, which is when I would imagine the bulk of those who would "require attention" come out to play. Apart from that, a month of me modding the Pompey board will have WUMs suggesting I change my avatar to http://www.solarnavigator.net/history/explorers_history/adolf_hitler_portrait.jpg ...although iif I got hold of one or two of them it would probably be more like http://www.securitycurve.com/wordpr...alek___Exterminate___Campaign_by_DegaSpiv.png
It's Saturday, it's 4.55( Liverpool have probably lost again), it's RAFA-JACK! CRACKERJACK!!!!!! Ooo I could crush a grape!
I am a shift worker unfortunately, working long hours sometimes. I post using my smartphone sometimes, you can probably tell when, by the mistakes! I don't know if I could do what's required, when it was needed, in a hurry. I think who we need, is a retired person who posts fairly regularly or, alternatively some one with a long experience on 606 who knows about these things. Can you think of a tactical way we could ask on 606, without upsetting Auntie?
"SHIFT WORKER" Typo? Why not just start as you mean to go on and ban people who take it too far? Sure they can rejoin but people will get the message in the end and if we get the right people we can ignore until a mod comes along?
We used to wear CAPS as well, but they have (thankfully) done away with those. I think maybe the site owners want a little help with what you are suggesting. You could do the Saints board, as a long term, well respected 606er, why not?
Meow, i have been contraversial from time to time and have upset a few along the way. I can't tolerate dense people who post crap with such authority that it is clear they are cretins. Whoever mods should get on with everyone and be tolerant. In addition the mod musn't put people off joining and those things rule me out.
I get on with most people and am pretty tolerant I suppose, but I am not really the authoritative type. I guess there is a fine line which the mod has to walk.
