There's obviously a lot going on behind the scenes of which we wont be aware, but the evidence of what we actually see on the pitch reflects badly on Riza's ability to produce a winning formula. Whether it's team selection, tactics or game management when things need addressing during the 90 minutes, he's been found wanting. Nice guy but no cigar for me. Wherever we end up for next season, he won't be with us.
I'm afraid I have to agree with you Sparks. Now who would want to come to our basket case of a club? Great stadium, good, broad fan base, excellent new training facility to come, academy starting to produce good results, some young players with potential already in the first team squad. Contrast with an intransigent although very wealthy owner, local puppet executive management, shell shocked, unbalanced player squad lacking in confidence, possibly Div 1 next season, disillusioned supporters. Needed: - A confident, ambitious, youngish manager with good contacts who can take us forward, balance the management of players, the owner, the owner's executives and the fan base. Don't want much do we?
A bad workman blames his tools. Good to hear Ng will be fit on Saturday. That’s vital as Chambers is a liability at RB (assuming Rinomota isn’t fit)
