The only case of mistaken identity possible in that one is if you're wondering why Tevez is playing for Utd again.
 
LVG now Lucky Van Gaal? I suspect if VanP had not been injured he'd be playing, and Rooney would have been in midfield again. As it was ManU again struggled to beat a poor team, even playing 4-4-2. And I don't believe there is any such thing as winning but not playing well. There is no such mystical force, other than a bit of luck and maybe ref interventions.

Your criticism may have been justified on other days, but not today- 74% possession. And 30 attempts at goal. It was very one sided.
 
Lalana scores a brilliant goal that is rightly disallowed for offside then Henderson scores an even better goal...then a aguero hits the post...All in the first 12 minutes

That was my point LDL - you played much better in a 4-4-2 with Rooney up front. By lucky I meant that LVG was lucky that he didn't have to try to "fit in" all the players he wanted to play, with some out of position.
 
So Chelsea fans have been accused of racism again and Adam Johnson's been accused of being a sex offender.
Another great day for the image of the game, then! <laugh>
 
Sherwood gets his first win as Villa boss, as Ben Foster throws the game away in the last minute of injury time.
Looked shaky all game, then dropped the ball and conceded a totally unnecessary penalty, which Benteke put away extremely calmly.
Probably the right result on the balance of play, too.

Disappointing late concession by Palace cost them the game at Southampton, unfortunately.
Could've done with them getting something there.

Jonny Evans and Papiss Cisse squared up in midfield during that first half and television replays seem to show that both players spat at each other.

Deffinate pen, ref was unsighted and the way the ball went looked like Smalling got it but the lino could see plain as day <ok>
