Which was always my issue with VAR in the first place. It's never going to be equally applied, as we've already seen.
Yep, it will wipe out all Pool`s offside goals, but there will still be some mug sat in the VAR studio giving the Mousers the benefit of doubt with all their dives, gifted dodgy penalties and red card decisions etc, while we`ll find that their opposition will get nothing going in their favour.
 
Just got home from taking the wife to hospital.Turned on the telly to watch the game and found Liverpool starting off the season at home and 4-0 up at halftime against the blind school! Telly turned off!!!!
 
Annoying to see all this new technology break down on it's first outing, while the officials failed to follow the new guidelines.
Several dubious offside calls went against Norwich, for example, when the linesmen shouldn't have flagged regardless of their opinions.
I don't think that any of them would've mattered and that's not my point.
They don't know what they're supposed to do any more, which is worrying.
