Mary Rand has died at the age of 86. Long jump gold medallist at the Tokyo olympics, also pretty much an all round athlete. RIP Mary.

ARSENAL legend Peter Simpson has died aged 81.
Simpson was a crucial part of 1970-71 Double-winning squad and made nearly 500 appearances for the club.
Local guy, born in Gorleston on Sea.
