For those of you 'of an age' who maybe like me were maybe into bands like the Sweet from the early 1970's onwards, founding member and bassist Steve Priest has passed away aged 72 in California.

The only member of the classic line up now remaining is Andy Scott, who I saw with his UK version of Sweet when they supported Rainbow in 2016.

RIP Steve, and thanks for all the music and memories <rose><rose>

Fox on the run was my favourite - but I liked all of their hits - including’Love is like oxygen’ which I think was released around 1975 - probably 10 years ahead of its time in style. RIP <rose>
Edit - Love is like oxygen was 1978. Time flies!!!
