I really despair at times, what is the world coming to. A number of fatalities at a mass shooting in California at a child’s birthday party, being reported at least 4 children died. A birthday party where there should be happiness, laughter, children should be entitled to enjoy & return home safely to their families.

Apparently the bastard is still on the run.
