Question is......will they implode over the Summer? A lot of their squad won't fancy being in the Championship

Likely we will be playing tham again. See if we can beat them for a change. Of course, very happy if we're not playing them again!!

 

On the contrary I think they'll do well if they get a proper manager in along the lines of Mackay (or is the current guy now permanent?)

Plenty of players with second tier experience and not many will be taken by Prem clubs. Redmond will and probably Snodgrass and the goalkeeper but the core of the team will stay I'd imagine.

 

So they they blew it quite the same way as us did. Buying expensive players (Hooper, Wolfensfinkel and Fer) whom just take the money and probably run.......

 

I don't think they spent in quite the way we did.

 

Maybe not so stupidly as us but they spent over 20 million for these three during the summer........and get 10 goals between them.

 

Still a fair old amount but that was just Remy and Samba for us!

 

I did say that not quite stupidly as us but as soon as they started to spend, spend canary comes crashing down.

Norwich, Foolham and Cardiff the perfect three.

Just a thought, Sunderland And Palace show how it can be done with the right manager.

If we get promoted it be the icing on the cake, and really that is more important to me than who went down from the premiership. If not we can rebuild as a lot of crap players on high wages are out of contract and we hopefully move forward either way.

 

I take no pleasure in seeing any of them relegated. Possibly with exception of Cardiff but that is because of the awful owner and the whinging to the FA, not the fans.

 

I thought they were planning on contesting the PL ruling on Sunderland's ineligible player? Sour grapes
