A Liverpool supporter in London for the cup final was stabbed to death on saturday night. Police dont think the murder was football connected. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/live...ed-in-london-stabbing-attack-100252-30412627/ However a later report suggests there may have been a football connection in the murder. http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/article-24038796-football-fan-stabbed-to-death-in-bar.do RIP Alex and condolences to your family and friends.
I was having a conversation with my son tonight, about not everything being black and white, him being a teenager hates everyone, lumps everyone in together and so on. So there I am explaining how everything is shades of grey, and no-one feels that the are in the wrong when they commit a crime, as they will somehow justify it to themselves... However, I can't argue this case, as with many other knife crimes. I mean what sicko goes out at night and feels the need to take a knife with them? It maybe explainable in a South London estate of poor reputation, where you take weapons to defend yourself, but this is Camden Town for ****'s sake! As far as I know, Camden is still a trendy music orientated area, and not known as a gang danger zone. But the act of taking someone's life purely because they have annoyed you somehow, is just evil. My thoughts are with his family. RIP
Just came across this incident on another City forum.I offer my heartfelt condolences to the poor lads family and friends. This was a young lad enjoying the build up to a great sporting occasion. What the **** is gone wrong with this country?I just hope enough people come forward to bring those responsible to book.Sadly whatever sentence the perpetrator/s receives never equates to the loss to those left behind but I hope those responsible rot in prison.
Horrible to read that Fans of any teams going down to watch a big final and having a great day and it ends in such terrible circumstances. Condolonces to his friends and family. RIP Alex
Its so sad for this sort of thing to happen. Makes me think twice about travelling to games. Senseless R.I.P.
My sincere condolences to his friends & family. I can't see a single word of this on the BBC - how different would it be if it was a supporter of any other team?
Two brothers have been charged with the murder. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/live...alex-jarmay-murder-in-london-100252-30427870/
Just picked this up on the welsh news. A sad situation after a great day. We had a similar experience earlier in the season when Mike Dye met a similar fate. Condolences to all.
This puts the whole day into perspective. My condolences to his family and all affected by this tragedy. RIP YNWA
