Former England and Manchester United star Ferdinand has been a bit-part player at Loftus Road in his debut season, starting 11 Premier League matches but being an unused sub in another ten. There was not even a space on the bench for the decorated 36-year-old for the humbling 3-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday, which sent the Hoops to second-bottom in the table. Be great if he ( Ferdinand ) could galvanize them enough for a win. Of course Ramsey will say all that needs to be said to the media, fact is, he's the one who needs to galvanize the players and get them performing. 3 points against Everton would be a welcome start, Chris. Come on you Rrrsssssss!
"...he has done alright... he has been OK around the club..." The faintest of praise and is about as credible as the assertion that Harry left us because he has dodgy knees.
Can't disagree with that moment of magic. Was hoping for a few players shining like the so called stars that they are supposed to be.
Remember Sunderland. We can dream and hope for more of the same Sunday with pretty much the same line up, with Adel in for Fer.
The sad thing is we've failed to replicate that performance since. Fer was immense that night, not sure Adel is up to the task yet, not convincing in what I've seen of Adel this season.
Fer hadn't been that convincing before that night either. It don't take that much to turn things around.
Not sure there is much of a story here. Rio has been what we all expected before he came - an injury prone has been.
