I'll kick it off and suggest that Wiggins will join us from Bournemouth, and Osbourne from Brentford. I still think we will sign at least on more striker, and another central defender besides Osbourne. Have we been linked with any others ? Oh yes, the lad at Colchester, don't think that one will happen, but you never know.
Osborne next. Leon Legge tweeted yesterday that we are in for Osborne. Can see it happening too with Brentford already signing a new centre back. Can't think who else though but we definitely need centre backs. Can't see Wiggins coming either, as we have Evina there now and Jackson who can play there too. Also, i'm quite encouraged by how we are so clearly strengthening (even with the losses of Racon & likely Semedo, both of whom most would have deemed key players last year) and the likes of Bournemouth, Huddersfield etc seem to be losing key players without signing better replacements.
Given that we're splashing more cash than anticipated I wouldn't rule out a move for another striker... But if we were only to sign 2 more players this summer, they would have to both be centre-backs.
Think we will probably sign at least another 3 or 4 players. Just hope we can get rid of McOxo, Francis, and even Doherty. I know all three are still under contract, but i'm sure that we would happily given them away if someone asked. I would be happy to drive all three players to new clubs.
Where is Benson in all this wasnt he off to Millwall a few weeks back I hope he stays ...I havent seen much of Hayes so time will tell re him but Benno and Green were a great combo in the Daggers promotion season.
But Benno and Green were dangerous for the Daggers in their promotion year. Its so nice to have so many decent options.
Wiggins is off to Watford according to SSN http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11719_7010629,00.html
I believe we will have a couple of strikers who could 40 goals between them this year. We now have players that can supply the crosses and through balls and we have the finishers. Oh there I go again with my optimism
