Its not all about experience, passion and commitment and ability to motivate players are high on the list. Copple - highly experience but brought some terrible players to the gate. (Hunt etc) Adomah was his only saving grace. Body language was all wrong from day one and this spread to the players. Millen - appointment from within, some say he wasn`t supported by board. But a reported £500,000 for Walford????, he knew what we needed but failed to deliver with the players he brought in - Killkenny is no better than LJ. Tactically nieve. Robbins - brought up the Man Utd way, excellent player, took Barnsley from bottom of table to just outside the playoffs with attractive football. He resigned - wasn`t sacked - reason he wanted to kickon but Barnsly board didn`t match his determination. McInnes - Up and coming manager - got an unfashionable team to match the best in scotland - passion, Drive, Motivation, No1 for me. Problem at City - Not a bad squad but just need some additions, motivation, organisation and to play 90 minutes using the right tactics. Dean Saunders - not an experienced championship manager - but just look what he`s done at Doncaster.
i rate killa, i really do, he gets stick on here for no reason, alright he shouts alot, but he can pick out a great pass 5,6 times a game, something LJ couldnt, so people need to stop being so negative towards him and show him a bit of support and as for millen, alright wolford wasnt his greatest signing but your forgetting who else he has brought in Spence Caulker kilkenny Pitman Stead and were yet to see the likes of bolasie and taylor so millys signings were pretty good, he just couldnt manage them
