Tweet from Rory Smith in the Times.

Riga is a decent man who now needs to get on with his football career without the hindrance of the Duchatelet virus.

Just picture the scene throughout the leagues of Albania and Hungary right now, as all those league 3 coaches dust off their CVs to send to Meire.

    Who will "No.6" be?

Decent enough bloke, hope he does well somewhere else, he was only appointed to appease the fans because of the rage when we heard he was appointing the Serbian Stooge. I can't see Roland changing his control-freak methods, which means we won't get a real manager who could get us promoted. Can you imagine Curbs working under Roland's terms? We haven't even got a chief scout yet, maybe they intend to rely on Jacko to multi-task. Who's going to interview the candidates? Richard Murray?<yikes> Return of Dowie?

Thought I'd be clever and put game of thrones into it, but my plan kind of backfired.

A poster on another site called Richard Plumb <whistle> claims the next coach will be English.

I can't see any self respecting English coach touching this Belgian shipwreck with a bargepole.

As Riga himself said at the POTY dinner, "I won't be told what to do".

The biggest factor in who they appoint to replace Riga is how badly they need more season ticket money.

And Roland has told the CEO he's not paying for more than 3 bodyguards.

A shame Bikey isn't still around - he could have acted as a 4th.

I can see it working too!

Just an aside. I see Curbs name further up this thread. Curbs, whose only contribution to the current mess was to criticize the protestors a few months back for distracting the team. Here's your chance, Allen mate. Come back and see what it's like to have RD pulling your strings.
