I think that's a bit harsh Kissa ! If you read his blog it's obvious the bloke is mentally ill, he thinks he actually does a great job of running football clubs ! This policy of Care In The Community is clearly not working, he needs help quick, and a very tight fitting straight-jacket.
To be fair the people who appointed him at leeds should have laughed at him when he turned it up for an interview, I mean how anyone can go from been a HR manager at Burtons to Chairman of a football club Ill never know!!!

I will never forgive Ridsdale for what he allowed to happen at Leeds United, the man was simply out of his depth and allowed others to dictate what happened financially. He allowed the 'dream' to become a nightmare that we are still living and he must be held accountable for that fact. That said, he wasn't the only one at the club that was incapable and therefore Ridsdale shouldn't take all the blame. Ridsdale has always stuck me as someone who admits to his mistakes and is a genuine man who tries hard but often fails. I know deep down that if Ridsdale and Bates were in the sea looking for help, I'd jump in and save Ridsdale and let the other bastard drown.
