He actually agreed to give an undertaking not to act as a director for 7 1/2 years, which suggests they were seeking a longer disqualification. He's now looking at whether he as grounds for bringing a claim against his advisers at the time for the advice they gave him. I'm sure they advised him he could pocket company and HMRC's money into his personal account
And he's got away with it, where's his jail sentence? Why isn't he paying back every penny with interest for being a nob.
