Well you can't deny that is where football finds itself in this country. Where is the pride in that ? Would you be happy for lets say OLM (the richest man on earth) to pop along and win us the Prem,inside three or four years ? Or would prefer the kudos of being a div four fan ?
When it comes to the Premier League, I hope that every couple of years a new side is taken over and becomes the latest United, City, Blackburn or Chelsea. Tottenham, Villa, Everton, Newcastle, Sunderland and West Ham are all prime candidates for such a role.
I don't know why one of these rich types haven't bought Everton yet. Big club, massive loyal support and they already have arguably the best premier league manager in place. They just need a new stadium it seems to really kick on.
