    Look at the likes of Him, Mattock and Hume when we went down - they all jumped ship but now they havent gone on to anything. Its a sign of why we struggled.

    To be fair, that defence of Stearman, McAuley, Kisnorbo and Mattock was pretty good. All but Kisnorbo had runs in the Prem afterwards; McAuley's still there now. We had the third best defence in the league and still got relegated. That team should never have gone down, shows how important managerial consistency is.

    I think minus the knee injury then Kisnorbo might have made the Premier League himself

    Yeah, Kissa was probably up there with the likes of Tunchev and Vitor in the best crocked centre halves of the last 5 years category.

    We were briefly top that Christmas if I remember rightly & then relegated, that cant happen to many teams!

    Well I was going to add that despite the Prem credentials of the others, Kissa was the best of the bunch. Damn injuries.

    Yeah, I still don´t understand that. Must of had toss MID´s & FOR´s. Still we won the lge & now we´ll win the champ´ship, thanks to NP. What next ? ... top 10 finish (this season) top 10 & the lge cup (next season) :emoticon-0102-bigsm
