Off Topic Restaurants in the North East

So what’s your favourite food place on the North East and why?

Mine is Ottoman Kitchen on Clayton street.. a family run Turkish. The reasons are:

- great people- they even took the piss out of Hung for looking like Mr Miyagi.

- great food- never had a bad meal there. The Adana kebabs are better than any equivalent I’ve had on my travels in Turkey.

- Reasonably priced.

- they always find me a table.

 

Punto, Italian place in High Heaton, very nice. Geisha Italian at Benton, very nice.

 

My Brothers pub/restaurant
I get the food for free and they know what food I like

 

So….. if we all go and say we know you, we’d get a hefty discount?

When we visit we normal go to Dabbawal on High Bridge, which is good if you Indian/spicy shizzle.
