Well I only need to put this on our forum as everyone else comes on here anyway! First of all any fan who chooses their home town club to support rather than the easy option of say following Man U or Liverpool has my up most respect, good on you, a true footy fan. I am holding out an olive branch to all supporters as I think enough is enough now, yes there are some silly comments in here, yes some of it is our own doing but can't we all just agree to disagree and move on, pick on the plastic glory hunters instead, please
Well said Moutain fox People coming on here having a go because they think some fans was arrogant etc at the start of the season need to realise were real football fans like them. Not some plastic glory hunter. Both Hull and Leicester have had some good, bad, brilliant and awful time supporting our club. But thats what makes supporting them so special. Not some glory hunting Man U fan who doesnt know what its like to follow your club every week. A win means much more to real football fans while glory hunters just take a win as the standard and moan if they dont win every match
3 generations of my family have supported LCFC (at least thats as far back as i know) its the biggest club thats closest to us here in Northamptonshire, i started going in the mid-90's and its been one hell of a rollercoaster ride
I don't see why people support a team that doesn't regularly win trophies. What's the point in that? Ridiculous idea.
Can we include Leeds ? For some reason there are a fair few Leeds fans in Hull. What's that all about?
Theres loads if Leeds fans in most Yorkshire towns and cities - Doncaster, Barnsley to name a couple. Guess that stems from where all the teams have been in the last 20 years or so.
When Hull were promoted to the Premiership, I noticed a lot more Hull fans round Leeds and especially the Castleford area. People go where the glamour is. Always have, always will.
NOT THE TRUE FANS!!! As for you Proud Fox and Mountain Fox I hear and agree with your sentiments but some of your more vociferous colleagues ,including moderators and loud mouthed regulars on this forum were and in some cases, STILL are , arrogant to the point where they infuriate genuine supporters of other teams . Having foreign investment doesn't make a team or it's supporters superior and I would suggest it might even ruin the very integrity in the long term when the novelty and lack of financial gain by the foreigners wears thin. Be proud of your team, praise outloud your triumphs but don't boast about someone elses financial clout as it can often be only a band-aid as it is at Chelsea.
True Fans Unite None of these glory supporting southern Man Utd Fans who have never been to old trafford!!!! **** all them Cheers - To the proper fans
Hull is the only city in the UK to have it's own telephone system, so we don't have good honest broadband, we just have a bunch of clueless tossers who provide a **** service and keep you waiting at least thirty minutes before they answer the phone, before telling you they're putting you through to the right department, then hanging up.
Dunno about that Ducky, you sure they weren't Cas Tigers RL fans? They do play in the same colours as us afterall. Dunno about the Leeds part either. I can't see many wessies would support us, what with the other clubs on their doorstep, unless they're from Hull originally.
