Was thinking about this, now we have been promoted it means that the reserves will be playing against the reserves of the other premier league teams, before we do an indiscriminate cull of players, it might be an idea to see if these players not in the first team do actually cut the mustard with the other clubs.
I didn't realise the reserve fixtures moved leagues with the first team? That may be interesting given the quality of some of the premier teams reserves.
You know the reserve team games? Where will they be played? At the liberty or other pitches? just wondering to have a little peep at some talent myself!
Not sure where the games are played, think Liverpool uses Wrexham's ground as Besian scored a hattrick there for them, or it might have been a friendly? Maybe at the Academy grounds for some teams, pretty sure its not going to be at the main stadiums unless its like an end of season game.

My thoughts too dragon...... I dread to think what the quality of chelski or money city reserves are like!!!!!
But Phil, if they are going to improve, it will be through playing against a much better quality teams rather than the ones we had in the championship, we need squad players, getting rid of players because they are crap is no excuse when they are only playing against crap, how will they ever progress unless given the chance?
