As it turns out are playing Everton today... Don't know if any of them will ever make it......some may say Noble... Sunderland forward Jordan Cook will start for Sunderland's reserve side when they take on Everton this evening. Cook, who has returned from his loan spell with Carlisle United, has gone straight into Keith Bertschin's team after scoring in the Cumbrians' 4-1 win over Bury on Saturday. Bertschin's side will line up against the Toffee men, two days before the first team are set to take on their senior counterparts, at Eppleton Colliery Welfare Ground tonight (KO 7pm). Oumare Tounkara has recovered from the knock he picked up in last week's Tyne-Wear derby in time for tonight's game and he will start up front alongside top scorer Ryan Noble. Sunderland: Wilson, Marrs, Callaghan, Gorrin, Bagnall, Watson, Cook, Armstrong, Tounkara, Noble, Deacon Subs: Oliver, King, Elliott, Mitchell, Laidler
I still think Noble can make it, but he needs to go out on loan first, Tounkara is a bit of a tank and gets his fair share of goals but don't know if he will get a look in because we have Wickham. Don't know much about the rest, heard goo things about Deacon and I think Lynch has disappeared off the planet? Maybe been released?
