There have been a few changes to the board: Reputation has returned. So if you feel someone has posted something worthy (cough) then you can click on the little star below-left of the post and it will ask you to confirm that you want to add to their reputation. You can only give the same person more reputation after you have rewarded a selection of other people. Practice this by clicking on a star below someones post Tags have also returned. They were abused somewhat last time they were available by people in the higher leagues, but the idea is that you can add some tags to your post/thread so that it is more easily searchable in furture or identifies what the content of the post might be about. E.g a tag added to a thread called "pre-match" would help find old pre-match threads. Use a comma to split each tag used. They appear as a label tag on the threads page, hover over to read it. Cross board threads have been removed temporarily due to abuse elsewhere in the site. They are looking at allowing moderators the ability to add a cross-board to a thread in the furture if they can sort it out. Hope that helps you all out
i wish i understood it all. my reputation i leave at the railway inn at yorton, tags, i never liked tag wrestling, and as for cross threads, they are the bain of my motoring life. come on you shrews------------ from pissed old hack baffled by new technology aj
somethings i confess to being brilliant at, is buying on ebay, if i learned to sell on ebay i would be a millionaire and i could have the ceiling lowered back down in my bedroom. i have just bought a lovely bit of shrewsbury silver- it is a 1904 knapkin ring with an engraving of the old market hall in the square, and it was made just round the corner by robinson and co. i love collecting bits and bobs fom my home town, no cross threads and tags i do not do those!
