first of all i hate breaks for these pointless games,the home nations will never win anything. anyway this break i think could not come at a better time as i think, oneil has a break as well to give him time for thought of how to handle our last throws of the dice. apart from our home games against soton and stoke i think now is the time toplay for a bore draw with his favourite line up, now is the time to grind out a couple of points with one up front.
We'd have a few more points on the board imo if he hadn't started going 4-4-2. Our gd is ok not because we have a good defence but we have a 5 man midfield that sits deep. Has Oneill ever flirted with wing backs? was thinking this against Man Utd and Chelsea ...........................Mignolet...................... ..........Cuellar.....bramble.........Oshea....... Larsson..............N'Dayie..................Rose .........Johnson...Gardner....Sessegnon..... ..........................Fletcher........................... 3 centre backs with N'Dayie sat infront, counter attacking wide when we get the ball
i think mcclean with his work rate in these games would help , johnson is a non working luxury at this point in the fight of which he has none of, not his game tbh
We had a very relaxing breaking Dubai not so long ago. That didnt help much did it? I don't think a break at this time of the season is a good idea!
i was hoping that some of our opponents players were to get injured over these games , any thing to aid us at the moment
