Reports in the Sevenoaks Chronicle say that Chris Ramsey could be the man to spearhead a Championship promotion push to give them an instant return to the Premier League and could offer as much as £4m for him? Vetokele did a good enough job for us last summer with the striker scoring 11-goals in his maiden season in England and we'll not want to lose him but if that is the offer that came in for him it wouldn't be overly surprising if we cashed in would it! The Angolan international has flourished in his first season in English football since his move from Copenhagen, netting 13 goals and contributing five assists. Starting his career in Belgium with Cercle Brugge, Vetokele scored nine goals in his first season as a professional, which led to a move to Danish giants Copenhagen. During his time with the Lions Vetokele played a vital role in the squad that managed to win the Danish Superliga in the 2012-13 season. Two seasons with the Danes continuing his goal scoring form, bagging 16 in 43, bought about interest from Charlton who bought the 23 year-old for £2.4 million in the summer of 2014. Internationally, Vetokele was eligible to play for either Belgium or Angola. After progressing through Belgium’s renowned youth system, making appearances for the U17, U18, U19 and U21 teams, the attacker make the decision to play for Angola in 2014.
