    I don't know who heard him alongside Jon Marks last night but he was one of the best summarisers we have had from Watford past or present on the match day radio programme.

    I wont go on but I thought he was intelligent and clear about the play, the tactics and the players.


    With no disrespect to others who do this role,,, but I would listen to him any day.

    Got to be an improvement on Derek Payne.
    I enjoyed Richard Johnson the other week.

    He was by far and away the best I have heard. Troy was good in a different way, but Rene Gilmartin is knowledgeable and articulate. I don't expect the pay is so good, but he is a natural.
